I recently travel to Belize where I personally trained a couple of my cousins basic Reflexology on my sister who had De composure heart failure due to diabetic and hypertension. The Doctors was not sure if she was going to make it at first with her Blood pressure 287/104 but I decided not on my watch, after all this is my sister we talking about it. I worked on her 1hr 30mins everyday for 9 days straight and I must say, her Blood pressure was reduce to 197/87, not great but a good start to recovery!!! God has bless me with knowledge to help people feel better and I am so thankful.
